Kemitex’s investment plan consists of the implementation of a new production facility, which will be added to existing ones, technologically advanced and prepared for the interconnection of incoming and outgoing data as foreseen by Industry 4.0.

The interconnection to the factory information systems according to the Industry 4.0 standard refers, specifically, to a processing and production line of non-woven fabric for bonding and dust coating.

The investment, which includes a technological advance of both business process and product, will allow the technological and digital transformation of the company allowing constant control of the process, recording and traceability of data, improving efficiency, cost reduction and greater control of product quality.

The new plant will be functional to the production of different types of products destined for several sectors, including the air filtration sector for the realization of high performance products, of high quality and with versatile and highly performing characteristics.

From the first productions, the results now obtained meet what is expected, both in technical terms as regards interconnection, and in technological terms as regards the product.

This result, thanks to constant research and technical checks, can be further increased as the new line will allow us to expand the range of standard products.
