Kemitex has been present in Italy and Europe for over 30 years in the development and production of Chemical-bonding and Thermo-bonding, laminated, printed and custom-sized Non-Woven fabrics.
Research & Development and Production are entirely realized in Italy in the production plant of Maserà di Padova, in Veneto area.
Company Mission is in order to meet the different needs of customers with specialized, innovative and customized productions through a tailor-made product with a particular attention to the protection of the environment in its different forms: from the production system, to the protection of employees and to the application of the finished product, where technically possible, according to modern criteria of circular economy.
The Company produces Non-Woven fabrics for air filtration and waste oil field with FILTER K-TEX™, Non Woven Fabric treated with Nanofibers to achieve high Efficiency Classes with the NANO K-TEX™ line, Non Woven Fabric with low environmental impact with the GREEN K-TEX™ line for clothing and Home&Personal Care, disposable supports and custom-sized technical items.
The Company supplies rolls from width 1,5 cm to > 200 cm and, according to the different needs, also rolls with pre-cut or even sheets.
Kemitex also has a laminating department of Non-Woven fabrics where to couple thermoplastic films or other supports (lamination) or treat the layers with thermoplastic powder that gives it heat-sealing capacity.

The Company has also screen printing with the use of water-based pigments completely free of solvents or heavy metals.
Kemitex is also specialized in the development of resin based Non-Woven fabrics whose chemical formulations are designed and developed in its own laboratory and produced at the specific request of customers.

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 CERTIFICATE that Kemitex has obtained for over 20 years: a brand that certifies its suitability for contact with the skin and that annually provides for strict chemical and chemical physical controls of the product and its composition.
A company’s reputation and credibility are also established over the years thanks to the compliance with ethical principles and standards, which govern its activity on a daily basis.
The Code of Conduct, implemented in Kemitex S.r.l., constitutes an integral part and a key element of the Organizational Model of Management and Control (according to the Italian legislation – D.Lgs. n. 231/2001). Kemitex, respecting the environment and the surrounding territory, in the definition of its Environmental Policy, is committed to reduce the consumption of resources and CO2 emissions through targeted actions aimed at containing the direct and indirect impact generated by ordinary production activities of the production plant.
The will of Kemitex and all its employees is reflected in the definition of a Policy aimed at fostering its own sustainability and environmental protection footprint trying to improve, step by step, internal and external processes promoting conscious behavior at all levels.

The quality of the products is the main foundation of Kemitex philosophy, a philosophy that puts customer satisfaction first. The company is constantly monitoring the quality of its products, thanks to its in-house laboratory, checking the technological characteristics of its nonwoven fabrics: grammage, thickness, breaking strength, air permeability, and bursting point. In particular, with regard to the colour catching product, the fabric is tested with a standard immersion test. Over and above its internal quality controls, Kemitex also uses recognised external labs to obtain specific certifications. Thanks to its attention to quality, Kemitex was able to obtain the OEKI TEX STANDARD 100 certification which allows it to produce fabrics that can come into contact with the skin.
